I was interested to see the new promotion on the side of my bottle of coke, whereby I can donate a meal to someone in need simply by uploading a photo of the FareShare logo on the side of the bottle to the cocacola.co.uk/dontate website.
Running throughout November and December, I thought it was a great initiative by Coca Cola to raise awareness of the FareShare charity, and help support those in need through the cold winter months and holiday season when we are all guilty of over indulging in too much food.
When uploading my picture to provide someone with a meal I stumbled across another promotion on the Coca Cola website, where they are offering buy one get one free drinks for designated drivers over the christmas period in support of the Department for Transport THINK!’s Drink Driving campaign – with a helpful map to find participating pubs.
Nice ideas for the Christmas period.
